The Canadian Rainbow Health Coalition
The Canadian Rainbow Health Coalition (CRHC) is a national
organization which focuses on health and wellness issues specific to
people who have physical and emotional relationships with people of
the same gender. As well, the CRHC focuses on the health and wellness
of those whose gender identity is not the same as their gender
assigned at birth.
The following link connects to a list of resources regarding the
importance of physicians and health care providers having positive
relationships with the LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgendered, Two-spirited, & Queer) community. The website also
includes information which will aid in developing appropriate and
relevant health services for the LGBTQ community.
